Spring Warmth
These are my favourite kind of Spring morning. When there's that residual warmth in the air and water, the air is clear with a light offshore and there's just enough cloud scattered about to soften the light and add a little interest to the sky. It's a very easy to spend and hour or so hanging outside before the busyness of the day starts.
A couple of fun little runners about this morning. We've got a leftover NE wind swell which is a touch slow but suitably rewarding if you find the right little peak. Pack plenty of foam and you're in for a good time.
This evening Surfrider Foundation are presenting the film Southern Blast at Hayden Orpheum. Details of the film and tickets are available here. I've donated a framed print of "Sunny Slab" (as featured below) to be raffled off to raise funds for Surfrider Australia - might be your lucky night!
