Low Vis
The vis was way down this morning with a thick, humid fog hanging heavy from cliff to cliff. I couldn't really figure out what was going on with the swell, sand and wind so I just suited up and trailed Jarrad Howse through the fog. Out back was glassy, bumpy, random and unorganised. There were some good ones for sure, but if you couldn't find your flow it quite easily could have been a sea of frustration. I reckon the incoming tide could tidy things up a touch.
Everyone's talking about TC Uesi. Right now Uesi is currently skirting the flanks of New Caledonia and on a trajectory to spin down the East Coast of Australia over the next few of days. That means the whole East Coast is going to be up for some solid East and NE swell. We should start to see some swell on Friday with the peak sometime on Saturday under SW winds (hopefully).
