Lost

Burst

Burst

It's Friday and I reckon, given all the excitement regarding TC Oma at the beginning of the week, we're all probably wondering what happened?  Seems TC Oma got a little lost and indecisive up in the Coral Sea and, at least in Sydney, anticipation dissolved to despondency. While Noosa was firing yesterday, our window of hope for a solid NE swell courtesy of Oma seems to have closed.

This morning we've got a mix of smallish NE groundswell and a rising SE wind swell. The tide was pretty low at first light and the overnight onshores and mix of swells was making it look pretty junky.  With that said, it was cleaning up and getting organised as I pulled away from the beach around 8am.  The wind's got a touch of west in it now so take another look sometime this morning.
