It's been a wet ol' year so far, In fact, I believe it's been the wettest March on record for some parts of Sydney. I'm sure the same could be said for a great many parts of the East Coast. This LaNiña has been relentless! Today we've woken up to pouring rain on the windows once again and another directive urging Sydneysiders "to stay home if possible". It's a worry; it's grim, but what what can you do?

But it hasn't been all grim this year... Here's a couple of things to be grateful for:

We've had a good run of waves with some of the biggest, most consistent swells in summer and autumn sin memory.
There's been a couple of absolute stunning sunrises like this one
We can finally travel overseas and escape all this! Want to come to the Maldives?
Manly Beach has been included in the World Longboard Tour for next month - Great news for a couple of the local competitors!

I just took a peek at the North Steyne cam. Let's just say it's good day to get some work done and focus on the Bright Side
