There's some solid lumps of south swell about this morning. It's 3ft with the odd long-period 5ft set sneaking in off the horizon. The bigger sets look pretty straight but there's plenty of surfable ones in between. A light onshore is making conditions a touch ruffled but there's plenty to get the grommets on school holidays excited.

Sorry for missing yesterday, heard it was a decent day of surfing. I managed to whip up a dose of food poisoning for myself on Sunday night and spent yesterday under the cowering under the doona. Feeling way better today though!
