After a day of reprieve, we're back to viewing life through the filter of thick smoke. It might make for some nice light but I'm starting to wish for a return to the clean crisp air of winter.

This morning the wind was still and the ocean super glassy through the smoke. If you had a board long enough there were a couple of delightful little runners hidden just off the sand.

Today's onshore is going to blow up a decent little nor'east wind swell for tomorrow which should coincide with a southerly change in the morning. The southerly should clear out all this smoke and might even fan some fun waves at Manly. Ahhhh yeah, sweet relief!
