Overcast
Grey and overcast for your Friday morning; even the odd shower falling across The Beaches. It's not exactly the kind of morning that gets you leaping out of bed and running for the beach. But, if you're keen for a paddle there's a bit of sloppy, weak nor'east wind swell. It's not packing much punch but it's certainly relentless. You'll duck dive at least eight 1 footers just to get out the back!
Some time over the weekend and/or into the early part of next week we're going to have waves; might even get good. There'a a swell threatening to build out of the eastern quadrant and light winds and offshores in the mix. Hopefully they come together to deliver some high-quality. In the meantime, may as well limber up.
