First Light

It's a real mix of elements out there today. A sou'westerly breeze is keeping it cool and crisp while a big, bright, powerful sun is spreading the summer vibes (i can feel my pterygium's growing). It looks like summer and feels like winter. The sun at this time of the year makes for some photographic challenges, it's not easy shooting into that much light but sometimes it serves up some interesting results with sun flares refracting off droplets on the lens ports.

We've got a new south swell on the rise. Wasn't much getting into Manly first thing but I reckon that'll change as the tide starts to rise again.

Got to run! See you tomorrow.
