Grim

Dark Dawn

Bit of a grim morning out there today. The rain was threatening to engulf the beach for most of the time I was on the sand but the clouds seemed to get stuck up on North Head and we hardly received a drop of rain (aside from the really early rain which was reasonably heavy). Right now the sun's doing its best to make a late entry. Hold on to your hat's, I reckon we're a good chance of sunshine this afternoon.

While the sky was a bit grim this morning, the ocean was super glassy with clean lumps of mixed east-north-east and south swell. It's definitely not pumping but it's surfable at least.

I'm taking a break for the next couple of weeks in the hills of Japan. Fingers crossed for the white, light, fluffy Japow.

Catch you in March.
