North Of 30˚
The Rock Pool
We're in midst of a stellar run of weather. Warm sunshine, all day light winds with temps hovering around or just north of 30˚. This morning was just about as good as they get (minus the waves) and with a bit of luck, we'll maintain this calm all the ways into the evening. The ocean is calling your name; find some time for a dip.
I took a wander around North Curly this morning and the light was superb. The lagoon is open and enjoying a fresh flush of seawater on the approach to the full moon high tide. I wouldn't normally recommend a swim in the lagoon entrance but this morning it was looking as inviting as I've even seen it.
There was a defined swell in the water this morning however I didn't have much luck finding any shapely waves. Somewhere, at some stage of the tide, I reckon there'll be a fun wave to be had.
