Easy to roll out of bed and drop straight into the ocean on these kind of mornings. It was a balmy 22 degrees all night and the ocean is running about the same. With the air sitting at 70 percent humidity it's an easy transition from land to ocean and back again. A perfect morning for drip-drying; no towels required.

Surfing this morning looked like a delight from my vantage with a glassy ocean and beautiful light as the sun rose through the clouds. There wasn't much in the way of swell but those in the know were still getting a couple of runners. 

Might be a little bump in south swell tomorrow... fingers crossed.
