P¡nk

Pink

As is often the case, a change to worsening weather come with a blast of colour at sunrise and this morning lit up in pink. After a weekend of perfect weather the forecast has taken a turn south. It was always going to happen eventually and, let's be honest, what better timing than the Tuesday after a 4 day long weekend. Productivity will be sky-high this week I reckon.

Apart from the weather, this week will have the darkest mornings of the year with sunrise's ranging between 7:08am (today) and 7:11am (Saturday) before we flick the clock's back and regain an hour of daylight in the morning. That'll buy a bit more time for the morning rituals.

Waves?  They were a touch wind affected this morning although the crowds were minimal and I saw enough shape in the short-period swell to tempt a paddle. Take it or leave it...
