We're in for a day of offshores today and that's good news if surfing's on your agenda. It's still pretty gusty but the Northerly angle is gone from the wind and right now it's 16kts straight out of the West. There's enough NE swell left over from yesterday's spike to keep it interesting whether you're on a shortboard, log or whatever; every kind of craft should be humming along just fine today. First thing this morning had a touch of the high-tide wobble about it but with Westerly's all day those bumps should be ironed out by mid morning. Today's a good to day surfing. Reckon that's what I'm going to go do right now. Catch you tomorrow.
