What about that light this morning?  Hope you had a chance to get an eye full!

A blast of pink light followed up with the deepest of blues.  It was so rich and contrasty (is that a word?).  It wasn’t the most colourful sunrise i’ve seen but definitely an interesting one to kick back and watch unfold.

Not sure whether it was the sunrise, the whale hanging just off shore or the fact it was Friday but the vibes thick and friendly in the lineup this morning.  A couple of fun little runners too.

• Local film maker and all-round creative Stefan Hunt has been pouring his heart and soaul into his latest project “We’re All Going To Die“  It’s a book, it’s a festival, it’s a movement, it looks amazing and you’ll want to be part of it!! -Get Involved here!
• Sally Fitzgibbons is hosting a a Gala dinner at Novotel Manly Pacific at the end of the month to celebrate Australian Women in Surfing.  Tickets & Tables still available!
