Is it raining in Sydney yet?

I'm on the road south to Manly and the radio is keen for me to know that Sydney's going to get half a month's worth of rain today. I guess that run of warm sunny weather had to come to an end eventually. Going to be a soaked drive home.

Byron Bay, like Sydney, has been warm with blue sky and sunshine with light northerly winds. That's the perfect formula for Tallows Beach tucked up on the southern side of Cape Byron. Blue sky, green water, dolphins, peaky waves on shallow sandbanks; you know the story. This was Tallows on Tuesday...
