If you were up early on Sunday you probably saw one of the best sunrises of the year so far! A sky full of colour from East to West and the full spectrum on show. Devon Howard swung through Manly over the weekend after a month making the classic Australian East Coast surf pilgrimage from Noosa to Sydney. From what he told me it sounded like he scored on all points between. Devon's style is rooted from his appreciation in the historical aspects of surfing in his home town of San Diego. You'd probably know Devon from his part in One Californian Day riding a beautiful red 7' Takayama Egg - it's all rail to rail flow, my kind of surfing.

It was nice to see Devon and Matt Chojnacki take to the small, shapely banks of Manly over the weekend.
