SSW

The only thing that seems to be Wintery about Sydney right now is the supply of South Swell. We've had back to back, to back swells running in from the South. Today's is more of a SSW'ly direction at 190 degrees. Beside's that we could be mid-spring!

I fell into the same trap as I usually do when we get a true South Swell; drive, check, drive, check, drive, check, turn-around and surf Manly. I've done it a hundred times - this time I thought I'd stop short of home and have a sniff at the point.

Something in me wants somewhere to be pumping, especially when it dead-offshore and pure sunshine - it's such a nice day out there! My conclusion, there's waves around, and even a few diamonds if you're lucky! Hope you found some!
