The Southerly change swept through Sydney this morning bringing with it a welcome drop in heat and humidity. It was the kind of change we were all wishing for on Sunday afternoon.

The wind's going to ramp up all day and by tomorrow we'll see a solid South swell marching past us. Heaps of energy but whether we see any quality surf will depend on the angle of wind. 

Before the Southerly hit this morning it was really quite pleasant out on the water. Subtle dawn colours, cool Autumn offshore and a tiny little log wave.
