:: South
The Southerly blew through last night completely reversing the conditions of yesterday's strong Northerly onshore. It's cooler, less humid and we're at the other end of the beach. The Southern end of the beach was offering some protection from the wind and had a few fun waves on offer. As always the corner was a hive of activity with a mix of every type of surf craft you could imagine; logs, hulls, softboards, paddleboards, bodyboards, and body surfers with no craft at all It gets so busy in the water down there but somehow manages to maintain a friendly, happy vibe.
Tomorrow's forecast for early morning showers which could be a bit of a blight for those looking to get a glimpse of the partial eclipse that'll occur between 7 and 9am tomorrow morning.
