Everyone was in a rush down the beach this morning.  It was as if the Nor-Easter could come up at any moment so there was no option other than to sprint to the water and get your wave count up ASAP.  It's been onshore for so many days in a row now so it's understandable;  got to make hay while the sun shines. The reality was that right on dawn the swell had a real high tide morning sickness wobble to it.  Looked frustrating to say the least.  An hour or two on the far side of high tide and things had settled down and the East swell was doing it's thing with just a light offshore grooming the faces.  It's onshore now but if you managed to score the mid-morning session you had your timing spot on today.
