Relentless

Puffy Sky

That southerly wind has been unrelenting the last couple of days and she's still blowing this morning, only with a solid dose of east direction. Even down in the deep south of Manly, there's no escaping the onshore, it's fresh and in you face. The good news is the wind's whipped up a decent ESE short-period swell but for now, wind is part of the deal.

Remember El Mar Mi Alma?  It was beautiful ode to the wild coast of Chile starring Dave Rastovich and a cast of locals.  Well, filmmaker Steve Jones is back in town with his latest project "True Flowers from this Painted World" an in depth look at the North Coast of NSW. Next Thursday Steve will be screening the film with "Headland Soundtrack" playing live at Bondi Pavillion. Tickets are limited so snap them up and make the journey across the bridge.
