Pretty quiet on the beachfront this morning.  I guess the cold and late sunrises are keeping people tucked away under the doona.  That's where I was.  It feels like one of the coldest runs of May weather we've had in ages - anyone heard any stats?  Whatever it is, it's cold already.  Get set for winter. There were still a couple of waves about this morning if you made it out of bed.  There's an enduring SE swell that throws up the odd 3 footer up every 5 minutes or so.  It's inconsistent though; which is ok because there ain't too many takers this morning.
