Ol' Sydney town is blanketed in smoke haze today thanks to hazard reduction burns up in the Blue Mountains. Bad news for air-quality; good news if you like your sunrises (and sunsets) through the filtered lens of smoke and ash particles.

The swell is super clean and super straight again this morning. It's not the banks, its the direction. We've got half a metre from 190 degrees South at 13 seconds - they aren't good numbers for Manly. Hang tight for the next hint of east direction tune up on your floater game!
