It's a pretty grim and grey Friday unfolding out there this morning. Waves are knee-high and weak and there's a light onshore. I'm not much of a swimmer but I reckon laps might have been the best option this morning. If I had to find a positive adjective to describe the morning, I'd say it's cool.  We're having a momentary reprieve from the heat and I'm in to it.
