Good morning and a happy new year to you too.  Back to work has never been so easy when the weather is overcast and ordinary and you don't really want to know the cricket score.  Perfect scenario to get stuck into 2011 and start ticking some boxes.  There were a couple of characters down the beach obviously suffering from prolonged hangovers after New Years giving all sorts of advice on fitness and life in general.  Check Sprout facebook for full coverage. On the beach it's a greyscale kind of morning.  From the carpark it looks pretty dull but there's some highlights out there if you're looking.  There been an increase in swell and there's some neat banks up and down the beach; choose a bank and keep an open mind.
