You would have struggled to find a better place to be than Manly over the weekend. Manly was at her very best with sunshine, clear water, light winds and a huge crowd all set to the soundtrack of the Manly Jazz Festival. Despite the Sea Eagles missing out on the NRL Premiership the party atmosphere continued all the way through to Monday evening. Full credit to the Jazz Festival organisers, the pubs and clubs of Manly, the weather gods as well as all the people that turned up to soak it all in. Great to see Manly in such great form! Today there's a little 1-2ft of SE swell sneaking in. It's not pumping but the water's crystal clear and a couple of degrees warmer than Friday and that makes it worth a paddle.
