What about that storm front that blasted through late yesterday!  A towering mash-up of dark, ferocious clouds rounded North Head just after 7pm last night!  Dogs cowered, grown men ran for the hills! 

Luckily the storm had more bark than bite and the only real damage came from a 10 minute onslaught of southerly wind as the front moved overhead.  It went from calm to 25 knots in a matter of minutes then back to a steady breeze. Excitement levels were hitting the roof!

What about the surf you say?  We're feeling a little wave starved in Sydney at the moment.  It's been a struggle to find anything over waist-high and I'm not sure there's much relief in sight.
