Crazy weather in Sydney the last 24 hours. It's been blowing a gale from the South which has ripped apart that Nor-East swell we were enjoying yesterday morning and Sunday afternoon. The only place protected enough to surf is deep in the corner at South Steyne. Every seagull in Manly is hanging down there sheltering from this Southerly - take them a couple of chips cause it's hard fishing out there today. The Billabong Pro kicked off today at the World's thickest reef pass. It's solid with a few crazy rouge sets coming through. Check out the bomb that CJ Hopgood went over the falls on!
