I seem to really be making a habit of getting out of town when the surf's pumping. It's not planned, but there certainly seems to be a pattern emerging! You guys want to pass around the cup and get me out of town more often! 

This morning I woke up to a huge swell breaking over the top of the Newcastle City Baths. The Baths are one of my favourite places to visit in Newcastle. They're usually a tranquil place to escape the sea and city but this morning they were fully under siege! It was an entirely different mood! Waves were breaking across the pools causing a torrent of water to rush over the spillway. Last night on sunset it was even bigger!
