Bower Light Up

It was brief but if you were in the right place at the right time this morning you would have seen the sun shoot some shards of light out behind some heavy clouds creating a cracking sunrise. From South Steyne the Bower took on quite an ethereal appeal. With a strong southerly wind blowing there weren't too many surfing options beyond the south corner and even that wasn't too appealing. Further out to sea the Bold and the Beautiful called off their swim to Shelley Beach so they could play with a huge pod of dolphins that were fishing off the tip of Manly Point. The dolphins didn't looked too fussed about having another species of mammal hang out with them for a while; I wonder what they thought of the pinks caps though?
