Oh boy it was cold out there this morning! 5 degrees as I rolled out the door encased head to toe in rubber. Yep, I've busted out the hoody and I've got my booties for the bike ride back home but still the extremities were like numb frozen sausages.  Try getting the key in the door with five frozen chorizo! Sure, it's no Iceland or Vancouver Island, or even Vicco, but it's very much our own kind of freezing.

The waves were fun this morning! A very neat and tidy 2ft with the odd surprising one! You'll probably need a longboard or something with a little extra flotation for maximum enjoyment.

Get set for waves this weekend and even colder mornings! 5-6ft on Saturday as the South swell jacks up and then a touch smaller on Sunday!
