Autumn Flavours
15 degrees on the sand at dawn, crisp, clear atmosphere, a cool light offshore and a groomed ocean, this morning had a distinct flavour of autumn about it. I like autumn, but I'm not sure I'm ready to say goodbye to summer just yet. Tomorrow's hot westerly wind and 37 degrees will be a swift reminder summer hasn't run its course. It's going to be a beach day, with waves and all-day offshore - can you swing a day off?
There's still a little bit of south swell and a mix of bumpy east wind swell out there today. While the wind's offshore and the tide is on the rise, it'd be well worth a paddle.
See you tomorrow.
