:: Andrew Quilty Guest Residential
One of Australia's leading documentary photographers, Andrew Quilty, will step onto the Manly sand next week to shoot Sprout Daily. Living on the other side of the bridge at Maroubra where he moved to pursue a documentary project on The Bra-Boys, Quilty works primarily for editorial publications in Australia and internationally.He has been commissioned by The New York Times, The International Herald Tribune, The Wall Street Journal, TIME Magazine, The Guardian Magazine, The Good Weekend and others. He has won a World Press Photo Award and The Walkley's Young Australian Photojournalist of The Year Award. Quilty is also has been a member of the Australian Photographic Collective Oculi since 2007.
We're stoked to have Andrew stepping in for a Sprout Daily residential and pretty excited to see what side of Manly he uncovers. If you see Andrew up early on the sand or in the water throw him a wave, say G'day and tell him a story. www.andrewquilty.com
