The forecast for this morning was pretty grim but the reality was pretty mild. Hardly a drop of rain and just a light wind. Even the sun had a moment of freedom and seems to have broken clear of the clouds for now. On the surf front it's a pleasant surprise also with small, clean but inconsistent little peaks of east swell. Considering the forecast was for 0.5ft, anything surfable is a decent outcome.

Tomorrow's forecast is a chilly one with top of 14 degrees and showers. Brrrr! There'll be a touch more swell from the east but there could be some wind in the mix.

Maybe see you...  or maybe I'll sleep in.
