Shallow
Moments of sunshine are back today so I figured I'd break my winter sabbatical and venture out into the water for a swim. It was very close chaos in the zone this morning. Boards and bodies were flying in all directions as a very shallow sandbank was guillotining 1 footer for a line up full of grommets. Every now and then, a set wave would emerge from nowhere and run a little but they were a rare commodity. Still, it was worth the swim/paddle for the sunrise alone.
Better options for surfing when the tide comes up....
