Grey Glass
Slabby 1 footer
The east swell is slowly inching up a notch or two. It's 2ft this morning with the odd bigger one and the forecast trajectory is looking positive. I spent the morning dodging heaving 1 footers on a shallow sandbank. The low tide sand is flat and hard-packed, I reckon it's going to be treacherous if and when the swell gets some momentum.
The patchy showers seem to have set in over Sydney but they're doing a fine job of keeping the wind down and the ocean looking super glassy. There's something real nice about a glassy grey ocean. I'm going to go take another look...
