After yesterday's sensational spring day we're back down to earth today with a top of 23 degrees, still two above average for September in Sydney. Unsurprisingly it was a big day on the beaches; who wouldn't want to sample a bit of sunshine on the skin and salt in the hair, lets just hope the only thing being spread around were the good spring vibes.

It's very easy to forget about our friends in Melbourne who are still under heavy stage 4 for lockdown measures. The thought of regressing back to restrictions and closures isn't a pleasant one so stay safe and if you're sick stay home.

Today the light and sunshine is a little harder to come by. We had a little flash of pink on sunrise but since then we've been living in flat-light greys. We've got a little residual NE wind swell this morning. It's not as clean as yesterday but it's got a bit of punch and the frequency is feeding the Friday crowd.

Should be a nice day tomorrow with clean small waves and cooler temps.
Stay Safe. Enjoy the weekend.
