Memory
That large pulse of south swell is almost a memory today. It's dropped off a heap, although there's some scant remnants on the more exposed stretches of sand. Even by midday yesterday the swell was only half the size of the big swells that we saw pushing up the coast at dawn. Sometime these south swell's are quick to build and fast to fade.
Did you catch that sunrise this morning? It was a cracker with bright pinks and purples lighting up the northern sky. A perfect morning to perch on the rocks above South Curl Curl Pool and watch the sunrise unfold.
Despite the swell fading, there's still a few fun waves about. It might even stand up a touch as the tide drops. There's options...
