After a cloudy dawn it's turned into one fine day out there. Sun's out (it's got some sting in it too!), the wind's light and there's a neat little 2ft SE swell rolling in... surfable on just about anything in your quiver. I snuck down to the far south end for a swim while the clouds were still thick overhead and the flags weren't up yet. Good banks? Right choice? Nah it was kind of so, so. Looked like there was a little more swell getting in towards North Steyne and Queenscliff...

In fact, with this light wind and the swell direction, I'd say just about every beach would have something on offer. Go on, it's Friday!
