Mornin'! I just finished watching North Steyne local George Pittar surf through his heat over at the US Open of Surfing. He looked comfortable on the rip bowl lefts, it wasn't unlike an onshore summer afternoon at North Steyne. With the win, George is through to the Round of 16, it's having a great run at the moment sitting at #23 on the Challenger Series. Unfortunately both Tully and Declan are out of the Longboard side of the event. 

Back home, we've got some summery nor'east peaks pushing through. Clean faces and punchy little one sections if you manage to find a good one. Weekend is looking much the same; nor'est wind swell Saturday followed by a little bump in south swell on Sunday.
