Faded
Out There
Lovely morning out on the water. The swell has all but faded with just the odd 3 footer catching the pack off guard. The banks seems to have taken a battering with deepwater sandbanks out back and even deeper holes and gutters between. Most waves I saw were running into deep water with the exception of the occasional shorey.
If you've been in the water in recent day you'd have noticed how warm it is. The MHL Buoy is measuring the surface water temperature at 25.25 degrees; that's Noosa warm! Nice for a swim or a surf sans-rubber and still a touch under the all-time record of 26.75˚ this time last year.
Nice weekend of weather with light and friendly winds ahead of us. Enjoy!
