It's nice to have some breathing room back in the mornings. Sunrise this morning was at 6:09am and with the dawn twilight there's plenty of time for morning activities and rituals. 

We've got a nice little swell out of the east today. It's only waist to shoulder-high with a bit of residual bump on it but faces are clean and even on the high-tide the banks looks fun. Surf with low expectations and you'll have a ball I reckon. 

Forecast is for small consistent east swell and lightish winds out of the south for the rest of the week. Not bad...
