Mixed Fortunes
Mellow Purples
Mixed fortunes outside this morning. If you were up for sunrise we had a good one; mellow purple tones lighting up the clouds while a warm yellow sun snuck up between the horizon and a band of heavy clouds. That was all before the showers drifted over drenching anyone unprepared for rain, me included.
The swell's picked up a touch from the south and the wind had a northerly angle to it early. Nothing much on offer except for the odd two footer and a punchie little reform shorey that the grommets were devouring. Perfect little bank for hucking a few turns before the school day.
The wind's swung around and set in from the south now but it's light enough to not really matter a whole lot... for now
