Happy hump day morning to you! Plenty of heads out in the water and feet on the sand enjoying the return of sunshine to the city today. The swell has eased right off and what's left of the sandbanks doesn't seem to be gelling with the smaller surf. Its deep out back and even deeper through the gutters and so you'll need springy legs or width on your board to link through to the inside section. 

If you've been sitting on the sidelines the last few days today's an easy reintroduction, there's some fun ones about and probably a touch more swell up the beaches if you're keen. Stroll on in, you won't even get your hair wet...
