Almost
After yesterday's wild westerlies the weather has returned to a semblance of calm and a little south swell has slipped in overnight. If you're on a beach with a bit of exposure to the south, the waves should be shoulder-to-head-high with other beaches a touch smaller. It's only a brief bump in south swell before the northerlies and warm air comes back tomorrow and winter's penultimate day sitting at 30 degrees.
The sunrise this morning almost lit up like yesterday but it was extinguished just as it was getting started as the clouds blocked the sun. Still, there was a moment of lovely light.
