It's a fairly unremarkable morning out there today. The most thing remarkable about this morning is that it's late April, only it feels like mid-summer. Warm in the air and in the water, light nor-easter and a punchie nor-east swell; all the classic trademarks of a summer's morning. 

The waves didn't look all that much but judging by how much fun everyone was having it was well worth the paddle. Clean faces and lippy ramps are a perfect pre-breakfast routine for the likes of Jarrad and Bryce. Sometimes you've just got to get out there to see the potential up close.

There's rain coming tomorrow, could be a decent soaking even. And then a cold blast from the south...  use it or lose it!
