I snuck out the door just in time to catch a little colour on the horizon moments before 6am this morning. It was more of a warm spring glow than a full sunrise burner but worth the commitment to an early start. Is there a better way to start the day than on the ocean while the sky's aglow? If you know one please share…

The south swell's has mostly faded but there's a lumpy little east wind swell mixed in with whatever south swell is left. The mix is making for fairly random conditions and inconsistent quality - but there's the odd good wave in and amongst it all.

Sun's out, winds are light. Should be a nice day out there....
