I went for a swim as the dark clouds rolled in from the south this morning. It was dark and quiet at first light, as you'd expect it to be on a cold, rainy winter's morning day 2 of a citywide lockdown. It's prime time for a sleep in; prime time for quiet time at home punctuated by the odd surf, swim, run or walk, take away coffee or croissant. We'll have some moments of light over the next week or two for sure.

While the doors are shut, take care of yourself, check in with your mates and support your local businesses if you're able. We've been here before and we came out the other side with fresh insights and priorities. This might just be another reminder...
