Hello Spring!

Feels like Spring out there today!

It might actually be the first time this Spring is hasn't felt like Summer. We've got a cool offshore wind, a bump of south swell and the promise of light winds and sunshine all day; and it's only going to hit 23! Sure beats all that unsettled weather, smoke and dust of the last couple of days!

Apparently the Northern Beaches was one of the areas hardest hit by yesterday midday storm. I was at Freshwater and the wind went from zero to 100 in a matter of seconds; chairs and tables were flying down Lawrence Street while people scrambled to save their latte's! By the late afternoon the city was cloaked in a fine dust while the westerly groomed a neat little pulse of NE wind swell. Weird weather!
