Pink Tints

This sunrise this morning was good one. Not sure if it was last night's storm clouds hanging off the coast, residual smoke haze or the usual summer humidity but the sun rose out of the ocean muted and pink like a scene from Apocalypse Now. Good viewing (the film and the sunrise that is)! Right now there's just a lazy nor'east wind but the high-tide has put an end to whatever surfable swell was around at first light.

The BOM says we're in for another round of thunderstorms this morning and this afternoon, let's hope there's a bit of rain in the mix too. We could sure do with some here and our west.

If you're looking for a Christmas present to fill that blank wall at the home or office, check out our favourites on the online gallery. One of my all time favourites is Boat Ramp - Print it big, frame it in Tassy Oak or White Box frame and you'll want to dive into it everyday!

Remember, you can order any print you like from the online gallery's, daily posts or instagram - Just send me an email with the picture and I'll get it on the production list. Framed prints can take up to 3 weeks so get your order in soon if you want to put it under the tree! If prints aren't on your list, grab a 2020 Calendar or pick up something from the Surf Collective's curated selection of independent surf labels.
